How does this
work?
Just let me know
the number of stickers you’d like and I’ll calculate the shipping and
give you a total. Then send me either a check from your church or
organization or a money order and I’ll send out the stickers.
You can sell them outright for $1 - $2, or give them to people as a
‘thank you’ for a donation to your group---this leaves it open for
people to give $1 or $3 or $5 or any amount with you only giving one
sticker per donation. People will probably only want 1 sticker, but
they may want to support your group with more than just $2 is why I
suggest this method.
In my experience, if you have a short flyer made up with your group’s
information on it, including the reason for the fundraiser and a
“Questions? Contact….” line, people can readily see that the money is
for a good and legitimate cause and will be more willing to donate.
I don’t know the ages of the members in your group, but I know that
it’s sometimes hard to understand the kids coming to my door, so I
scan their paperwork while they talk---a title and a few bullet points
is all it takes.
