Ordering Information

In an effort to help even the smallest group earn money, we impose no minimum orders for your fundraising campaign.

Simply mail us your order with a cashier's check or money order. All prices already reflect a 3% discount for paying by cash. If you prefer to pay for your fundraiser products with a credit card, the 3% will be added back to your total.

We suggest keeping a copy of the individual orders for your records, but please mail us the originals so we can be sure of accurately fulfilling each order. We will return all paperwork to you with your order.

To expedite the order fulfillment process, you can fax us the orders. We will ship to you after receiving payment, but we will get started on putting your order together immediately. When I'm out of stock on a particular shirt, I can usually have it in within a week. This means that mailing in payment once I give you the total will not delay your order.

The orders come individually wrapped to keep them clean, and separated by participant to make pick-up easy.

We recommend ordering one shirt with your initial request to see the quality and what an actual finished product will look like.

Order fulfillment takes approximately two weeks. If there are designs we need to order, it takes about a week to get them here, and then about a week to get the order to you via UPS.

Although we contact our supplier before printing your brochures to check on design availability, there are no guarantees that the individual transfers will be available. This risk is minimized by choosing popular designs and consulting current transfer catalogs, but individual companies can choose to discontinue any design without warning. We will contact you immediately with any challenges and suggested substitutions.
